Grafenberg Resort By Alpeffect Hotels consists of 57 apartments and hotel rooms. Apartments are suitable for two to ten people. Hotel rooms can accommodate two to four people. Apartments include a living room with a kitchenette, a fridge/freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The living area has a seating area with a dining table, a sofa, a flat screen TV, and a balcony. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Sixteen apartments are penthouse apartments with higher ceilings. 21 rooms and apartments are on the north side; all 6-bed apartments are on this side.

All offers include half board, served at the hotel's buffet restaurant. The breakfast buffet is from 07:00 to 09:30. The dinner buffet, divided into two sittings, is from 17:30 to 19:15 and 19:45 to 21:30 and includes self-service beverages: water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cake are served every afternoon at 15:30 - 16:30.
